About Me

Hopefully you can tell by this picture of me and Eltie that I have a sense of humor and I like to be silly.  I think that's reflected in my cards.. I looooove puns and anything that will make the recipient chuckle.  I've been doing this cardmaking thing for 5 or 6 years and it hasn't gotten boring yet!  This past year, I joined three design teams, which was a huge boost for my cardmaking confidence, although it IS tough to find the time to stay committed!  :)

Currently, I'm prepping for some craft fairs in my community, and I love watching people look at my creations.  There's nothing quite like the rush you get from people purchasing your handmade items because they *want* to (and not because they're family/friends who feel obligated to tell you your work is good!).

On a personal note, I'm looking to purchase my own home in the next year or so and I'm thinking of going back to school to become a guidance counselor.  Hopefully I can keep my sanity (if it isn't lost already?!) through the next couple of years as I make some major life changes.  :)
